March 19 – 20, 2012 INSOF 2012 Trade Show will be held in conjunction with the Air National Guard's A7 Installations and Mission Support Conference. The show and conference are being held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville, Florida. It is anticipated more than 800 Airmen from across Security Forces and Civil Engineering fields will be in attendance. There will be no shortage of decision-makers. This is your opportunity to network and demonstrate your products and services to the two most heavily deployed career fields under one roof.

Move-In and Exhibitor Registration: Monday, March 19, 2012, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a Trade Show Ice Breaker, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Vendors are encouraged to participate in the Ice breaker by providing food and/or beverages for attendees. The trade show guide insert will recognize and thank the vendors who participate. Please coordinate with WSFA if you are interested in participating.

Exhibit Booth Space:
There are approximately 81 exhibit booths available.
Each Booth package includes:
• 10’ x 10’ Space with draped 8’ high back wall; 3’ high side rails; one 6’ skirted table; two side chairs and a waste basket.
• A professional identification sign with your company name.
• Event security from move-in through move-out.
• Listing of company name, product paragraph, URL, phone and booth number in the onsite show directory.
• 2 complimentary badges per booth for company representatives; additionals at $25 each.
Exhibitor Name Badge:
The Exhibitor badge entitles the wearer access to the exhibit floor only and Exhibitor badges are only issued to personnel actually staffing the booth. The name of the exhibiting company will appear on each badge, as it has been listed on the exhibit space contract. Two exhibitor badges will be provided for each 10’ X 10’ area of display space contracted, additional badges are available at $25.00 each. Exhibitors are urged to order badges in advance to avoid long lines at the registration desk. Badges will be available for pick up on site at the exhibitor registration area.
NOT included in the booth package:
• Audio-visual equipment
• Electric, lighting and phone service
• Drayage and placement of display equipment
• Decoration and related services
• Labor, ie: carpenters, electricians, drapers
