The conference is a week-long forum discussing future security issues and military equipment needs for the Air National Guard Security Forces. If you market products to the military and law enforcement communities, don’t miss out on this opportunity. This conference is the assemblage of 92 nationwide squadrons boasting an average attendance of over 600 ANG Security Force personnel, all of whom having a major role in what their units purchase for equipment and training. Not only are these personnel Air National Guard members, but they are also law enforcement officers from hundreds of civilian police and corrections agencies. Conference attendees are commanders, training coordinators, weapons instructors, resource managers, logistical personnel and supply managers. There will also be active duty and reserve members from our MAJCOM Security Forces, all of whom have the same responsibilities as their Guard counterparts.

To help make the trade show more successful for you, we are inviting all law enforcement and correction agencies in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. Also invited are regional members of all military service branches and the Air Force Survival School.

Exhibitors may invite customers and guests to view their booths at the trade show during the above show hours. Upon request, complimentary trade show passes will be provided electronically and hard copy to registered exhibit personnel.

Benefit of Exhibiting:
Access to decision makers for the military, government and civilian law enforcement and security agencies.

Exhibit Booth Space:
There are approximately 130 exhibit booths available.

Each Booth package includes:

• 10’ x 10’ Space with draped 8’ high back wall; 3’ high side rails; one 6’ skirted table; and two side chairs.
• Back wall drape will be blue/gold alternating panels (unless the purchase of multiple spaces).
• Side rail drape will be blue.
• A professional 7” X 44” identification sign with your company name.
• Event security from move-in through move-out.
• Listing of company name, product paragraph, URL, phone and booth number in the onsite show directory.
• 2 complimentary badges per booth for company representatives; additional Badges are $25 each.

Exhibitor Name Badge The Exhibitor badge entitles the wearer access to the exhibit floor only and Exhibitor badges are only issued to personnel actually staffing the booth. The name of the exhibiting company will appear on each badge, as it has been listed on the exhibit space contract. Two exhibitor badges will be provided for each 10’ X 10’ area of display space contracted, additional badges are available at $25.00 each. Exhibitors are urged to order badges in advance to avoid long lines at the registration desk. Badges will be available for pick up on site at the exhibitor registration area.

NOT included in the booth package:

• Audio-visual equipment
• Booth carpeting
• Electric and phone service
• Janitorial service for booth space
• Security of individual booth

• Regular Booths — $ 850.00

How to Reserve Your Space:

• Review the floor plan and choose your space.
• Complete Contract, State Vendor Information Form, and provide proof of insurance.
